Drivers on Route 222 South between Reading and Lancaster in Pennsylvania have been sniggering at a road sign that's been put in place two miles before the turn off to Ephrata.
That's Ephrata.
The first question that springs to mind is this. What was wrong with the old sign?
It looks perfectly OK on Street View.
Apparently, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is aware of the error and is preparing to replace the offending sign at a cost of, wait for it, between $800 and $1200.
How much?
That'll put the wind up the Ephrata taxpayers.
