Procrastination

It's all kicking off in the world of Rugby League. (Pun entirely intentional.)

In previous corporate lives I've attended meetings about meetings. You know the ones. Their sole purpose, or so it seems, is to arrange the time and date of the next meeting.

And we often hear, especially in diplomatic circles, of talks about talks.

But voting to vote? That's a new one on me.
