Apparently this photograph has been doing the rounds for a year or two but I'd not seen it until Rod B sent it in.

Given that current affairs covers events of political interest, including stories about politicians and the various shenanigans they get up to, you may be forgiven for thinking that the photo has not, in fact, been contrived.
