Hot food

Dennis A spotted this interesting dish on a recent visit to the Jinnah restaurant in Leeds. It's on the menu under House Specialities.


I'm not entirely sure exactly what aphrodisiac they use for the marinade but apparently it can make even a lamb or chicken appear fairly hot.

But, as the dish has 'a fiery strong strength', I wonder if the after effects to which the menu alludes are more likely to be digestive rather than suggestive.
